25/26 DDSC Scholarship Application - Fall 2025

A limited number of sponsorships are available to families from low-income families. These sponsorships may be used for district programs only.

Two eligibility criteria must be met:

• The player must reside within the San Juan Unified School District, and
• The student’s family must be receiving some form of public assistance (Cal Works, Kin GAP, CalFresh
  (Food Stamps), Free/Reduced Lunch Program, Unemployment Compensation, General Assistance, etc.).

The maximum sponsorship per youth (if approved) is $95.00. It does not include a uniform or cleats. It will be applied towards Del Dayo Soccer Club Registration.

U6-U12 PLAYER REGISTRATION!

Welcome to Del Dayo Soccer Club for the 2025/2026 season! The club is designed for players of all skill levels. Our program focuses on skill development, teamwork, and fun in a positive and supportive environment.

KEY REMINDERS: ALL PLAYERS

Required to upload a 1"x1" head-and-shoulders PHOTO of your player. This should be headshot style, no hats/sunglasses, plain background and no other people in the photo. 

2025 Season: Required to upload a copy of your player's BIRTH CERTIFICATE.  Your player will remain ineligible to play unless this step is completed.

DDSC NEEDS COACHES! 

Coaches at all age groups are welcome, of course, but if you are the parent of a U6, U8 or U10 player, we especially need you!  If you would like to COACH, please finish registration for your player, then navigate to our Coach Registration, and register as a coach for your specific age division.
